The University of Cincinnati will begin using a new disclosure system — mydisclosure.oar.uc.edu — starting in November. The new Outside Activity Report (OAR) disclosure system will replace the university’s current system, providing a user-friendly interface to disclose outside activities and capture prior approvals. Employees will receive a notification to go into the system once the system is operational and it’s their turn to submit their OAR!
This session is focused on the following objectives:
1. When to submit an OAR for prior approval.
2. How to submit an OAR.
3. How to review, approve or deny prior approval requests for outside activities.
4. How to request clarifications from direct reports.
5. How to submit approved outside activity requests.
